Empty Being

When I state empty being I do not mean in the sense of no feeling, and no emotion. What I mean by this is a lot deeper, but also a lot more peaceful.

To be empty is to be at peace. To no longer have any part of the linear mind or ego disrupting life is our natrual state. On numerous occasions the mind will attempt to take back its power but you have to be powerful. You have to stand there as the peace in the storm. Once you have realised that these thoughts aren't as powerful as they make themselves out to be, you can return to the timeless peace and awareness of before.

Be Empty. Be at Peace.

Not Separate

We have drawn our existence as being separate from the source of all life. We have created "another" when there is only one.

Somewhere along the way we forgot who we are and where we came from. The "I" belief has took on a completely different meaning to what it actually symbolizes. The I we have come to believe in is a separate being from everyone else. We may all inhabit different bodies but as beings we are all the same reflection of the true one. This true one is timeless awareness.

You are not separate from existence. You ARE existence.

Inner Wealth

If the inner is corrected, the outside will follow.

Too often we depend on outer states too often. As human beings our moods are constantly changing, because like everything else in form, they are impermanent. However we have grabbed on to this idea that we always have to be happy. Is this asking too much? The more we constantly cling on to the idea of perfection, the further we are getting away from it.

You cannot keep any emotion. Moods will always change, if you can realise on the inner that all form is impermanent, and that by accepting every moment as it is you will have set yourself free from the world of duality.

Inner Wealth is your best friend. The mind cannot stand the thought of being alone, as it has attempted to seperate its self from the source to make it look like a seperate being, it needs someone else to fill the void left. The only reason that void exists is because you have forgotten your true nature. When you take yourself out of the mind, you will realise this moment is still as it is, whatever you choose to do. When you are residing in presence you will realise you never disconnected from the source, your mind just made you believe you did. There is nothing to worry about. Your being will forever be in the now, it is just up to you to remember, Always remember and eventually your mind will be used to its surroundings, and instead of being your master, it will become the beautiful servant it was meant to be.

We were always here. Reside in your inner.

The Dream

We are all living inside the dream reality created by the collective consciousness.

Many eons ago humanity became entrapped in the illusion of duality, our sense of direction as celestial and spiritual beings had been clouded by the human belief that we were our bodies.

This isn't to say that the external world isn't real to an extent - because we experience it every single day. We experience the sensations which come with our decisions in reality. However by inquiring within more often we may begin to see the external world in a different way. A neutral way. We may see it from the timeless presence instead of the false self. This is our real self.

Awaken yourself from the dream. You're still here.

Waves In The Ocean

If we were to describe our existence more abstractly, many unconscious beings may believe we are merely "waves in the ocean" now even though we all exist inside the same reality, I still believe that we are all the completeness of every ocean.  

Instead of only being a wave, we are the ocean. Do not limit your existence to one time fragment of your reality. If you relax your being and tap into the stillness, you will begin to reside in nothingness. You could not possibly describe how you feel, because if you tried, that wouldn't be it, because you would be trying to conceptualize nothingness.

Rest in presence. 

The Collective Ego

I have touched in previous articles the matter of the "personal ego" now I will talk about the collective ego.

The collective ego is the ego of humanity. Humanity have a shared view of the world, many of us think the same, share the same interest and follow each others views, with the fear of not being accepted if they go against this.

A lot of the population do not believe that they are conditioned, and will therefore argue with you when you suggest so. It is not your right to tell other people how to live as they will figure this out by themselves. However this shared view of the world has and always will be hostile. We are milking the world dry of its resources, with constant fear pumped into our daily lives. This gets too much for some people, and can force them into an awakening themselves.

Simply by being present around ego dominated individuals can bring more presence out of them also, they realise your ego doesn't react, therefore their ego invariably does the same.

Keep your presence wherever you go. It may just awaken more of humanity.

Animals

Animals are great examples of how we can teach ourselves stillness.

When you look at your pet for example, there is nowhere they need to be, they are purely living in the present. By looking at your pet with complete presence you can sense the aliveness inside of them, they are pure and completely free.

Common animals of this kind are cats and dogs. Cats are normally peaceful animals who enjoy to walk around but rest most of the time. By being in the presence of one of our feline friends you can tap into the same peace they live by. Dogs are similar, with one of the main ideologies about them that they can sense when their owner is upset, so they go to comfort them. This shows the truly beautiful connection between man and animal.

Whenever you get the chance, or even right now, sit with your pet and observe their presence, and rest there.

Who's Looking?

When you view life, are you looking at it through the eyes of the self or from the eyes of the timeless presence?

If the answer is still from the self, then bring yourself back to presence, and read these words I am typing on this page. I am not typing this article from the self, I am typing it from the pure presence and divine intelligence which is accessed when you are completely immersed in the present.

The more that you find yourself looking through the eyes of the self, the more you are beginning to break your conditioning. You are realizing that there is really nobody there - just the being in this moment.

Use an object in your room as a wormhole to the present. Let that object teach you its very stillness, realise that the object is firmly rooted in the present. It is not going anywhere. Just like you.

When you feel at completely peace in your being, read each line, and let your being drown in every word you read.

The Virtual World

Anxiety and Depression are becoming increasingly common in the modern day, with the development of social media we have seen more people begin to live their lives behind the LED screen, in comparison to face to face contact. It has provided more of a chance for introverted individuals to allow themselves to be confident, Even though it can have its positive effects, it also has its downward spirals too.

We are constantly being over-stimulated by media outlets, TV, Film and Adverts are very common. The population is constantly obsessing over their latest Instagram picture, who's got with who on Facebook, this should only be a tiny aspect of our lives, but we treat our online life as our reality. It is time to turn off our phones, it is time to begin talking to people face to face.

We may miss the chance of a lifetime because we were too busy with our face in our phones, looking at the same post over and over again. This will not provide us with any long-lasting fulfillment, only a temporary boost for our ego. Through not being able to accept the present moment and running from it constantly, we see the development of anxiety and depression amongst others. Even though these are real illnesses we need to really consider where our time is being spent, and if we are spending too much time living in a reality that doesn't exist.

Put your phone down, turn your TV off and go out into the world full of presence. You will see what you've been missing out on.

The Meaning Of Success

The meaning of success has become slightly construed in recent times.

It has become a common belief that the only meaning of success is a well paid job and a finacally comfortable life. Is the fact that there is a set out plan for YOUR life already made supposed to make you happy? Many are quite content living this life, they have never wanted to break outside of this regime and that is perfectly fine, as long as that is what they really want to do.

Success really means being happy in what you do. Whatever it may be that gives you enjoyment, a passion to succeed, you should follow it. It has become forgotten by many of us but by not overloading our systems with pointless information that doesn't give us a passion, we can begin to access the life that we really want.

Finding inner stillness in your being can allow you to cultivate the awareness of the true timeless reality. There is no longer any walls around your being, you are free to choose your life path, without your intentions being drowned out by others who failed to follow theirs.

Be Successful. Be happy.

Now

What is now? Don't try to go into your mind to answer this question because you won't be able to find it. The moment you try to question what the "now" actually is you take yourself out of the now.

It is such a cosmic revelation for people when they realise how much of an illusion psychological time is. The past and future can only exist inside your mind. How could they exist in the now? The moment which is truly indescribable by conceptualization. Once you allow your body to feel the energy of now, it can bring you close to tears.

Most of the human population have never felt this. And if they have, the mind has come in quickly to create another story for the mind to devour. More and more people are begin to inquire from within, and beginning to harness a power they forgot they had.

Don't wait for a future moment, BE HERE NOW.

God Conciousness

In several different old ancient eastern traditions, a term was penned named "God Consciousness" this is to symbolize the highest form of consciousness a being can attain. 

However many people were trying to understand this higher plane of awareness through the mind. The mind cannot understand presence as the mind is regularly what takes you away from it. To read page after page on the topic of God Consciousness can only point you in the direction of it, it cannot make you experience it. To feel it, you must drop your beliefs and ideals about what you imagine it to be, and solely rest in the presence. At this point your mind might try to get involved again and tell you that the mind is the only way you can summon this higher energy. Do remember, the mind will do anything to get your attention, even telling you lies.

As I have stated in previous articles, the mind can be a beautiful servant when you use it correctly, but when you allow it to rule your life, you forget your true nature. Do not fight your mind because this will only strengthen it's stranglehold, you have to allow it to rest in silence, where you know that presence is the primary focus.

In these moments of clear divinity, your true being will become evident. Just observe the feelings inside your body as you feel this incredible energy run through your body. You will feel a deep, vibrant sense of peace arising. 

God Consciousness has arrived, live through this feeling.

Inner Richness

We often forget how rich our inner lives can be.

The more we put our energy into our external lives and less on the internal side, we will find a constant feel of unease, sometimes vague or sometimes incredibly intense. We tend to forget that we don't exist as separate beings from our true source. We continuously look for scraps of fulfillment outside of ourselves. Why? The only way we will ever truly forever be content with life is by realizing what we are at the deepest level.

No more words, no more reasons to "seek" enlightenment. Enlightenment is your true nature. Embrace what you are, embrace your being. Once you quieten the mind and regain stillness, you will finally feel the inner richness you have been looking for your entire life.

Stop Searching. Let Go.

Acceptance

Do you find it hard to live in a state of acceptance of what is? Do you find it hard to accept negative energy which is entering your body? You may be resisting acceptance.

When we begin to feel emotions which feel uncomfortable in the body, our conditioned reactive patterns normally make us attempt to resist it. The mind is saying "No, I do not want to feel this, block it out, keep busy" keeping busy can sometimes be another stumbling block. By pre-occupying the mind with other tasks we are strengthening the resistance to our feelings, how insane does this sound?

By allowing our bodies to feel the uncomfortable energy without judgement, we are letting our systems be flushed of past pains. Acceptance of the present moment sets you free, realizing the more you resist this moment, the further away you are getting from your true self.

No amount of seeking will lead you to an external truth. Accept this present moment and realize what you were looking for has been there all along. Present awareness.

Be still.

Nature

Stillness is derived from presence. With presence, stillness arises and it becomes easier to hear everything which is around you. 

When we view nature we may not really see it how it truly is. We see it as a "tree" or a "plant" however this is nothing more than yet another conceptual label which we have placed on it. Nature has the beauty of presence, it is always present, how could it not be? They don't have anywhere to be, it simply IS. The moment we begin to label nature we take the beauty and life out of it. It is not up to you to decide what happens to nature, nature cannot be ruled, it isn't a man made entity, and never will be.

When your thought stream seems incessant and you cannot feel the presence that underlies your being, turn to nature. Don't judge, don't label, just simply feel what is around you. The life you will feel will invigorate your being. This is why the Buddha would often use flowers in his sermons, as by holding your presence on something as still as nature, you realize the true essence of your being.

In this very moment, what is lacking?

Inner Stillness

I haven't blogged for over two months as of today, and today I have decided to return with a new look blog and design. I have decided to rename my blog "Inner Stillness" as I am hoping to soon publish my first book named... yeah you guessed it. 

Presence. It's what we can feel right now. It is the underlying energy which keeps us subconsciously living in this moment. You can't think presence though, presence can only come once the thinking mind has seized. Yes, the thinking mind is a wonderful tool however it has become more than just a tool for the human race, it has began to rule our lives. This is why we have the "human dysfunction". We are trying to live our existence through the perception of an organ, the mind. 

The human mind lives in the past and future. Over many generations the power of the mind has severely increased, and instead of being used solely as a companion to help us complete tasks, we have formed a sense of self with it. A sense of self is what creates separation between ourselves and others, we believe that we are living a completely separate existence from our fellow humans. The "ego" is what creates this separation.

This sense of self is completely illusory and needs to be relinquished. Instead of searching for a way out or continuously adding and feeding your ego to give false power to your false self, rest in stillness. Have you ever truly felt the silence?

Feel It. And you will have unlocked a dimension in your life you never knew existed.
