Attention

Where is your attention right now?

Wherever you can locate this attention, allow your attention to dwell there. Do not force the thought out of your mind, this will only cause more resistance and chaos inside the mind. You do not want this. By allowing your thoughts to be as they are, you move closer to presence.

Attention isn't personal, it is a work of conciousness. By focusing your attention you can bring back your energy to the present, you can bring back the energy your body holds to the third eye, by harnessing more presence via the third eye you can relax into pure awareness.

Do not let the perils of the material world bring you down.

Be in the world. But don't be of it.
